To find out if you can still return your order, enter your order reference in the label generator. We will tell you if you can still return your items.
You can return as many items as you like as long as they fall under this order reference. Your return must fall within the size and weight limits of your chosen shipment method. If you’re returning multiple packages, you’ll need to add a shipping label to each one of them.
To return your Parfois order, check if a returns label is included in your package. If not, you’ll need to create a shipping label using the label generator above. Enter your order number and postcode or telephone number, specify what you’d like to return and why, then download and print your shipping label. Attach it to the outside of your package before depositing it at a local drop-off point – we’ll show you the ones closest to you.
If you don’t have a printer to print your shipping label, you can use our label generator to generate a QR code to take to your local drop-off point. They’ll print the shipping label for you.
Please note that this option is currently only available in Germany, Spain, United Kingdom and Italy. If you’d like to return your package from another destination, you can ask a friend for help or find a public printing service.
We recommend returning your item in the original packaging. This way, you can be sure that the packaging is secure and strong enough for its journey. If you don’t have the original packaging anymore, make sure to use a cardboard box with strong adhesive tape to seal the box. We’ll process your return as soon as possible.
Once you’ve printed your shipping label, you’ll need to attach it to the outside of your package using strong, transparent adhesive tape. Place the label directly onto the box, on its widest side. Make sure the tape doesn’t cover the data or the bar codes on the label. Avoid placing the shipment label on a closing line, on a corner of your package, or on the tape you’ve used to close the package.
Once you’ve attached a shipping label to the package you’d like to return, simply deposit it at a local drop-off point. Our label generator will show you the ones closest to you.
No. The shipping label that’s generated via this portal is all we need to recognise the details of your return. There's no need to add any additional information like a return address.
You can track your return package by entering your tracking number into the return tracking tool above.
Your return will be processed within 5 to 15 working days. You’ll receive your refund as soon as the return has been processed.
